📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–8 years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
• 2+ years as Foreman or Assistant Superintendent.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Construct Connect, or MS Project.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience on $2M–$20M+ range projects.
• Construction management training or certifications.
