🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools
• Own and drive hiring strategy full-cycle
• Conduct high-volume interviews and influence hiring manager preferences
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean strings

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience
• 3+ years working with senior level leaders and stakeholders
• Experience recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup
• Ability to be onsite/hybrid in Atlanta, GA
