You will execute digital customer lifecycle programs that improve adoption, engagement, and retention, building workflows and automations in Celigo and Gainsight while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing role
- Experience using data to assess customer behavior and measure program impact
- Experience building workflows or integrations in Celigo or similar platform
- Experience building journeys or programs in Gainsight
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new tools
