💼 About This Role

You'll build and own the commercial side of a next-generation law company, partnering closely with founders to define positioning and acquire early customers. You'll create playbooks for sales and growth while influencing product strategy through customer feedback. This role offers outsized impact at an early-stage company with direct collaboration with founders.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Source leads, run discovery, manage demos, and close deals
  • Develop early marketing strategy including content and events
  • Establish customer success processes for adoption and retention
  • Build sales processes, playbooks, and metrics for future teams

📋 Requirements

  • 3–8+ years in sales or business development at high-growth startups
  • Track record of closing enterprise or mid-market deals
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market motions
  • Data-driven and willing to experiment and move fast
