💼 About This Role

You'll support HRT's Americas ETF business by assisting the sales trading desk with manual execution and client engagement. Your core impact will be managing daily settlements for clients and broker dealers, ensuring seamless support from trade execution through clearing and post-trade. This role offers broad exposure to trading across multiple asset classes with cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle daily settlement needs for clients and broker/dealer relationships
• Oversee manual booking processes
• Support sales trading desk with manual execution needs and client engagement
• Build tools and generate reports to improve operational efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in operations or middle office settlements
• Proficient with Python, Unix, and Microsoft Excel
• Deep knowledge of ETF settlement processes and financial markets
• FINRA Series 7, 57, 63 or willingness to obtain
