You'll lead AirGarage's SDR organization, scaling the team and shaping pipeline generation strategy. You'll partner with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations to improve funnel conversion through data, tooling, and AI. This role offers the chance to build a scalable revenue engine from a strong foundation.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead SDR organization through second-line management
- Evolve inbound and outbound SDR playbooks
- Improve conversion rates from lead to opportunity
- Partner with Revenue Ops on tooling and AI automation
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience
- 5+ years leading SDR teams through managers
- Experience building pipeline generation strategy
- Proficiency with revenue operations tools and AI

- Experience at a high-growth B2B startup
- Background in real estate or parking tech
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce
