💼 About This Role

You'll represent Renewal by Andersen at premier retail locations, engaging customers and booking appointments for window consultations. Your role drives brand awareness and generates leads through proven marketing methods while earning commission on appointments set. You'll work onsite at partner stores in the Detroit metro area.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage customers in retail stores to promote window products
• Book no-cost appointments for in-home consultations
• Complete paid training and follow marketing playbook
• Provide feedback and recaps to the sales team

📋 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Minimum 18 hours per week availability including weekends
