💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end strategy for sourcing and sustaining the human infrastructure that keeps Fluidstack's AI data centers running. You'll build deep relationships with trade unions and staffing firms to ensure labor supply keeps pace with a hyperscale deployment roadmap. This role combines strategic procurement with workforce development in communities where we operate.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build multi-tier supplier network for contract labor across trades
• Negotiate MSA/SOW frameworks with rate cards and qualification standards
• Manage union jurisdiction compliance and prevailing wage requirements
• Source and manage vendor contracts for workforce support services

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in contractor labor sourcing or contingent workforce management
• Direct experience sourcing low voltage or electrical trade contractors
• Proven ability to build and administer MSA and SOW frameworks
• Strong working knowledge of contingent workforce compliance and co-employment risk
