You'll build and execute sourcing strategies for HR and People categories at a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company. You'll manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle and serve as a key business partner to corporate leaders. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, own, and execute sourcing strategies for corporate services categories including HR and People.
• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis through contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
• Serve as key business partner to corporate leaders, delivering value and mitigating risk.
• Lead and manage Sourcing Specialists and build out the corporate procurement team.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in category management or procurement with an indirect/corporate services focus.
• Proven track record of developing category strategies with measurable cost savings.
• Hands-on experience with P2P systems such as Coupa, Zip, or SAP Ariba.

• Deep expertise in professional services, facilities, or enterprise technology categories.
• MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPSM).
