🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, minimum B2 level
  • 1 year experience in customer support, operations, or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to process requests accurately
  • Comfort using ticketing systems, CRMs, and basic spreadsheets
