You'll build and implement our expansion playbook to launch our care platform in new geographies. You'll define strategy, set KPIs, and create scalable processes to bring our program to thousands of new families. This role offers the chance to shape the growth roadmap of a fast-paced startup backed by top VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute expansion strategy and define north star KPIs
• Craft growth processes and build scalable playbooks
• Build for scale while navigating different state requirements
• Partner with operations, clinical, and product teams

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years of operational or strategy experience
• Experience in consulting, banking, private equity, or startup operations
• Experience building and structuring on-the-ground operations teams
• Experience with setting strategic direction and business analytics
