You'll lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across multiple engineering teams at Aircall, a fast-growing AI-powered customer communications platform. You'll drive technical vision and architecture for our back-end services, ensuring quality and best practices in a hybrid, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead transversal, complex projects from ideation to completion autonomously.
• Communicate technical vision across multiple teams and ensure alignment.
• Act as go-to expert, providing mentorship and guidance across teams.
• Define technical strategies for complex, impactful problems.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of back-end development experience.
• Expertise in TypeScript and Node.js or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of system design for scalability and performance.
• Experience leading cross-team initiatives from ideation to completion.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Python or Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services (Serverless, EKS).
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or Redis.
