You'll design and build backend services in TypeScript/Node.js that power EHR integrations and clinical workflow automation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop core backend services in TypeScript/Node.js.
• Architect EHR integration services using HL7 v2, FHIR, and EHR APIs.
• Deploy and operate microservices in AWS with Kubernetes.
• Implement data validation and monitoring for HIPAA compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience with NodeJS and Typescript.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience designing and building RESTful APIs or event-driven APIs.
• Experience designing and scaling microservices or cloud-native apps using AWS or Kubernetes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a healthcare startup with FHIR or HL7.
• Experience with OAuth2.0/SMART on FHIR authentication flows.
• Knowledge of clinical data modeling or patient identity management.
