๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead and scale Fundraise Up's international business outside the U.S., with full ownership of revenue, go-to-market strategy, and team leadership. Your core impact will be driving performance in existing markets while identifying and launching new growth opportunities. This role offers the chance to shape the global trajectory of a fast-growing nonprofit SaaS platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and execute international growth strategy across Europe and emerging markets
- Lead and scale high-performing international GTM teams
- Own international revenue targets and drive pipeline generation
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and People teams
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of executive leadership experience in General Management or Sales Leadership
- Proven track record leading multi-market teams across Europe
- Deep commercial ownership with experience in revenue targets and P&L management
- Strong data-driven decision making with financial and operational acumen

- Experience in nonprofit SaaS, fintech, or adjacent sectors
- APAC market experience
