You'll be the primary relationship owner for a book of existing customers in Japan, focusing on retention, renewals, and adoption-driven expansion. Your core impact is driving customer satisfaction and measurable ARR growth through consultative conversations. π― What You'll Do
- Manage renewal, upsell, and expansion contracts for existing customers.
- Conduct regular business reviews and build expansion roadmaps.
- Drive adoption of Fivetran connectors through consultative conversations.
- Provide accurate forecasts for renewals and expansions.
π Requirements
- Native Japanese speaker with strong professional English.
- 3+ years of SaaS Account Management or Customer Success experience.
- Proven negotiation experience handling renewals and amendments.
- Experience with CRM and forecasting tools (Salesforce preferred).
β¨ Nice to Have
- Previous experience at a US-based cloud/SaaS company.
- Experience working with Systems Integrators/Partners in Japan.
- Knowledge of SaaS financial metrics and consumption-based models.
