🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage renewal, upsell, and expansion contracts for existing customers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and build expansion roadmaps.
  • Drive adoption of Fivetran connectors through consultative conversations.
  • Provide accurate forecasts for renewals and expansions.

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • Native Japanese speaker with strong professional English.
  • 3+ years of SaaS Account Management or Customer Success experience.
  • Proven negotiation experience handling renewals and amendments.
  • Experience with CRM and forecasting tools (Salesforce preferred).

  • Previous experience at a US-based cloud/SaaS company.
  • Experience working with Systems Integrators/Partners in Japan.
  • Knowledge of SaaS financial metrics and consumption-based models.
