💼 About This Role

You'll lead acquisitions for a specialized industrial real estate firm expanding into Atlanta. You'll build the market from scratch, sourcing and underwriting opportunistic and value-add investments to hit a 50M SF portfolio goal by 2034. This role offers the autonomy to run your own market with a clear growth path to leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Leverage existing industrial relationships and build a strong Atlanta network
• Source industrial acquisition opportunities independently
• Underwrite cash flow models and evaluate risks and returns
• Communicate acquisitions through the pipeline with urgency

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record of independently driving new acquisitions from sourcing to closing
• Relationships in the Atlanta market with brokers, owners, and off-market sources
• Experience underwriting industrial transactions
• Skilled at multitasking and managing a pipeline of active acquisitions
