🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of presellers to achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to maximize technical win rates.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement standardized presales processes.
  • Develop presales service offerings and collateral responsive to demand.

📋 Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a technical sales leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of Camunda's products or similar Process Orchestration solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in enterprise automation, BPM, or Agentic-AI domains.
  • Familiarity with value-based selling and value engineering frameworks.
  • Industry experience in BFSI, Telecommunications, or Logistics.
