🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of presellers to achieve sales objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders to maximize technical win rates.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement standardized presales processes.
- Develop presales service offerings and collateral responsive to demand.
📋 Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a technical sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Camunda's products or similar Process Orchestration solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience in enterprise automation, BPM, or Agentic-AI domains.
- Familiarity with value-based selling and value engineering frameworks.
- Industry experience in BFSI, Telecommunications, or Logistics.
