💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 behavioral therapy for children with autism in home or clinic settings, implementing treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your work will directly help children develop communication and daily living skills while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, and daily living skills to children with autism
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to target communication and play skills
• Record session data in data collection system using work-assigned tablet
• Assist with BCBA assessments and relay progress information

📋 Requirements

• Availability Monday through Saturday with afternoon/evening shifts
• 18 years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, and run

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT/CBT certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
• Background in child care, teaching, or babysitting
• Bachelor's degree in Pediatrics or Human Development
