Description

As a Cosmetic Repair Inspector at Carvana, you will identify cosmetic imperfections on vehicle exteriors/interiors and indicate necessary repairs during reconditioning. You may also assist in prepping vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, and buffing.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months professional automotive prepping or body repair experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• At least 18 years old and valid driver's license
• Ability to work in fast-paced production environment with exposure to weather conditions
• Use of safety equipment (face shield, goggles, gloves, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Identify cosmetic imperfections on vehicle exteriors/interiors
• Indicate proper repairs needed during reconditioning
• Assist in prepping vehicles for paint (sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbaging/tear down, buffing)
• Use state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech inspection center
• Work mandatory overtime as needed
