💼 About This Role

You'll perform maintenance and repair on heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts at our rental facility in Jackson, MS. You'll use proprietary T3 technology to diagnose issues and track work orders quickly. You'll also have the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance and repair on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders and diagnose issues.
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed.
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
• Must own tools applicable to position.
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics/diagrams.
• High school diploma required.
