💼 About This Role

You'll manage L1, L2, IT infrastructure and Field Network Engineers supporting GPU clusters and data center IT infrastructure at Nebius, a Nasdaq-listed AI cloud platform. You'll own day-to-day IT support operations, ensure high availability, and act as the key escalation point. This role offers the chance to shape support processes in a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage L1, L2, IT infrastructure and Field Network Engineers
• Ensure high availability and reliability of GPU clusters and IT infrastructure
• Act as primary escalation point for complex hardware, network, and operational incidents
• Monitor and drive SLA, KPI, and incident resolution performance
• Oversee proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem management

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing technical support teams in a data center or similar environment
• Strong hands-on background in server hardware diagnosis and resolution, including GPU-based systems
• Solid understanding of data center operations and enterprise networking principles
• Basic proficiency with Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools
