Description

As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will provide outpatient services to clients in senior living communities, helping them optimize function and independence through evidence-based interventions. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and use a touch pad tablet for documentation.

Requirements

• One year prior clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience with senior living communities preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, joint range, transfer status, balance, etc.)
• Develop and implement individualized care plans including therapeutic exercises and gait training
• Continually assess and revise care plans, collaborating with nursing
• Educate clients and family on rehabilitative care and activities for independent living
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet
