You'll join Agoda's Performance Marketing Team to drive data-driven marketing campaigns. You'll analyze vast amounts of data to optimize search, display, and modeling efforts. This role offers relocation to Bangkok.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Experiment with text ads and bidding on search engines
• Test and optimize campaigns on social platforms
• Analyze data and develop optimization models
• Build dashboards for account managers

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative subject
• Fluency in English
• Numerical reasoning skills
• Proficiency in Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL
• Digital marketing experience
• Academic research experience
