💼 About This Role

You'll lead a portfolio of complex client relationships at DOSS, an AI-native Operations Cloud company. You'll manage a small team of PMOs while staying hands-on through the full post-sales lifecycle, from discovery to go-live. Your work will directly drive customer outcomes and team growth in a high-intensity, high-reward environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of PMOs across client portfolios
• Conduct cross-functional deep dives to map business processes
• Translate process flows into product design and configuration
• Coach ICs on client management and delivery quality

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in engineering, consulting, finance, or operations
• Systems thinking ability to traverse interconnected people, process, and technology
• Player-coach mentality with hands-on leadership
• High-intensity experience in startups, consulting, or finance
