You'll lead end-to-end event planning and client management for a global brand experience agency, orchestrating hybrid, virtual, and in-person events for Fortune 500 clients. Your impact includes financial oversight and team mentorship, driving seamless delivery across 110 countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute multiple virtual, in-person, and hybrid events.
• Manage budgets, expenses, invoices, and post-event reconciliation.
• Source and negotiate with venues and suppliers.
• Coordinate registration, transportation, accommodations, and AV needs.
• Mentor and manage a team of up to 5 direct reports.

📋 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of event management experience.
• Advanced experience with C-level executive dinners and corporate events.
• Strong proficiency in Cvent and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
