💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer that donates meals to Feeding America, by ensuring excellent customer experiences and helping fans find the merch they love. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations. This role stands out for its mission-driven culture and focus on pop culture passion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge
• Assist with planogram changes including store map and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
