Description

This role is responsible for delivering workforce analytics and AI-enabled insights for People Operations. You will build trusted reporting and analysis on headcount, org design, compensation, and key talent outcomes, turning recurring questions into repeatable tools and automated reporting.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in people/workforce analytics, analytics engineering, compensation analytics, or workforce planning
  • Experience with HCM platforms (Workday preferred) and people data warehouses/lakes
  • Experience using AI tools and building agents or automated workflows
  • Experience building and maintaining visual analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight preferred)
  • Available to work US time zones

Responsibilities

  • Deliver workforce planning and org efficiency analyses (spans/layers, turnover risk, mobility, location strategy)
  • Implement data validation for reorgs, RIFs, M&A, including severance calculations and scenario modeling
  • Develop and automate workforce dashboards (headcount, hires, exits, internal moves, vacancies)
  • Deliver compensation analytics (pay mix, market data, equity/bonus participation, cohort trends)
  • Build maintainable dashboards and self-service reporting with automated refresh
