💼 About This Role

You'll lead the strategy, development, and delivery of high-impact RFx responses at Emburse, a leader in travel and expense solutions. You'll own proposal content from kickoff through submission, partnering with Sales, Product, and Security to differentiate Emburse's AI-powered platform in complex opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end development of complex RFx responses and security questionnaires
• Draft proposal responses and develop win themes differentiating Emburse
• Manage timelines, workflows, and internal reviews for on-time submissions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Security, Legal, and Finance

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years managing and authoring complex RFx responses in SaaS or technology
• Deep knowledge of proposal management best practices and compliance frameworks (APMP certification strongly preferred)
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a client-focused mindset
• Proficiency with proposal management tools such as RFPIO (or equivalent) and Salesforce

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or Travel technology environments
• Familiarity with SafeBase or similar security portals
• Comfort using ChatGPT, Confluence, and HighSpot
