• Optimize dispatch process for accurate order handling and seamless rider experience.
• Drive site standards by maintaining food safety and a clean, organized environment.
• Manage team performance through timekeeping oversight and fostering positive culture.

📋 Requirements

• Proven leadership ability with experience training others and running shifts independently.
• Strong hands-on mentality to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Results-oriented mindset with track record of meeting KPI targets.
