You'll apply latest lightweight AI technologies to real game services and create production-level AI features that impact millions of gamers. You'll work in a practical R&D lab focused on fast implementation over academic research.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply quantization and pruning techniques to build on-device NPC dialogue models
• Develop automation tools for artists and marketers using diffusion models
• Fine-tune open-source LLMs on game domain data for translation services
• Design and implement high-performance enterprise RAG systems

📋 Requirements

• Write production-level Python code that is scalable and maintainable
• Rapidly implement and demo new techniques from papers beyond theoretical understanding
• Practical mindset to flexibly choose technologies suitable for problem solving
• Master's degree or higher in AI-related field for R&D personnel (Korean military exemption)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with FastAPI and RESTful API server development
• Experience deploying and operating services on Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
• Deep understanding of game content production and data characteristics
