Requirements

  • 1-2 years of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced market
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and generate qualified pipeline
  • Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business responsible for growth and retention of high-value accounts
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, developers
  • Become a product expert and understand all components of MongoDB
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services to achieve customer satisfaction
