You'll own and drive end-to-end AI research programs, from problem definition through production deployment. You will contribute to multimodal AI, reinforcement learning, and knowledge-grounded systems while leveraging agentic workflows to accelerate discovery. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive end-to-end AI research programs
• Design and execute large-scale model training workflows
• Develop multimodal AI systems and hybrid retrieval architectures
• Build and optimize agent-driven data pipelines

📋 Requirements

• PhD or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research
• 2+ years building and deploying LLM-based systems
• Experience with full training pipelines (pretraining, fine-tuning, post-training)
