You'll lead coach development and deliver best-in-class fitness experiences at a boutique studio. You'll coach 10 classes weekly and support studio operations to drive retention and growth.

• Coach 10 classes per week

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years group fitness experience
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

• Previous people management experience
• Sales or marketing background
