Description

You will lead production operations in the Gothenburg studio, overseeing content projects from pre-production through post-production while mentoring the local team. You will manage budgets, negotiate legal terms, and partner with account leads to deliver world-class digital experiences for major clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in interactive content production projects (campaign, brand films, photography, etc.)
• Experience running content production programmes of work in excess of 5M
• Rigorous organization and management skills, adept at issue-solving at all project levels
• Excellent understanding of business OKRs, forecasting models, and basic financial accounting
• Ability to inspire and support teams, collaborate with Creative, Design, Content, Delivery and Account teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production team and oversee projects across the local studio
• Mentor the local production team and manage day-to-day production work
• Be the point of knowledge for pre-production, production, and post-production phases
• Manage budgets from initial ballpark quotation to final approved budget
• Set and negotiate legal terms and project's safe conditions for production
