💼 About This Role

You'll lead a small crew in a modular factory and on job sites, building climate resilient housing using innovative volumetric modular systems. Your core impact is ensuring precision and quality in assemblies, contributing to affordable, sustainable homes at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise a crew of 2-4 carpenters, setting daily priorities and workflow
• Execute complex carpentry tasks including framing, sheathing, and window/door installation
• Read and interpret detailed shop and construction drawings to tight tolerances
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure durable, factory-grade assemblies

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of carpentry experience (residential, modular, or commercial)
• 3+ years in a leadership role (Lead Hand, Foreman, Supervisor)
• Expert proficiency in framing, sheathing, and door/window installation
• Strong ability to read complex construction drawings
