💼 About This Role

You'll join ClearBank's Financial Crime Intelligence Team to investigate payment screening alerts and ensure AML compliance. You'll analyze transactions, escalate suspicious activity, and act as a subject matter expert for payment screening across our client base. This role is critical for protecting the integrity of our financial systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze system-generated payment screening alerts and investigate suspicious activity.
• Assess internal and external intelligence to identify financial crime risks.
• Manage escalations with first and second lines of defence.
• Maintain detailed records of investigations and ensure timely case resolution.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in AML, financial crime investigations, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of money laundering typologies and sanctions.
• In-depth knowledge of AML regulations and guidelines.
• Familiarity with screening software and Microsoft Office Suite.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of money remittance, e-money, or cryptocurrency sectors.
• Recognised AML / Sanctions / Fraud qualification.
