💼 About This Role

You'll lead a small self-contained classroom of students using social-emotional learning and inquiry-based academics. You'll collaborate with a supportive team of staff to personalize learning and drive positive outcomes. This role offers small class sizes (around 10 students) with paraprofessional support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach all subjects in in-person and e-learning settings
• Differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
• Collaborate with curriculum and clinical staff
• Maintain a social-emotional learning environment with PBIS structure

📋 Requirements

• Illinois PEL with LBS1 Certification or willingness to obtain LBS1
• Ability to teach multiple grade levels as student populations change
• Experience working with youth with emotional/behavioral/academic difficulties
• Flexibility to teach all basic instructional areas
