You will guide enterprise customers through transformative Generative AI experiences, integrating Coveo's AI-powered search with systems like SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. Your role combines deep technical skills with a consulting mindset to design, customize, and deploy high-impact AI solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on development with JavaScript, TypeScript and modern UI frameworks
• Ease navigating sophisticated tech stacks and B2B ecosystems
• Consulting experience in client-facing roles with enterprise stakeholders
• Strong ownership mindset, ability to lead projects and prioritize
• German fluency (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Integrate Coveo with systems such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Shopify
• Implement and customize Coveo features to match customer environments
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions with enterprise clients
• Communicate with customer stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
• Build intuitive user interfaces with JavaScript libraries for Coveo integration
