Description

You will support field operations on complex industrial and water/wastewater projects in the Southwest. Spend 80% of your time in the field coordinating with project engineers and superintendents, performing surveying and layout, ensuring quality control, and maintaining project documentation. This is a hands-on role that directly impacts project success.

Requirements

• Ability to assume responsibility and effectively communicate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Positive and teachable attitude
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Engineers and Field Superintendents to support field operations, safety, and quality
• Perform survey/layout for accurate installations and lift drawings
• Participate in quality control program and project meetings
• Ensure field teams have current contract documents, submittals, and RFIs
• Track installed material quantities and maintain record drawings/as-builts
