🎯 What You'll Do
- Deliver training programs for new hires and product updates
- Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and learning assets
- Collaborate with QA and CS Ops to update training materials
- Track training completion and proficiency metrics
📋 Requirements
- Over 2 years in service training or support enablement
- Experience in BPO, SaaS, or tech environments
- Ability to create clear training materials from complex products
- Practical use of AI tools like semantic search and auto Q&A
✨ Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Familiarity with CSAT, QA, and repeat contact rate
