Description

You will support real-time monitoring and reporting for a 6 GW renewable portfolio, ensuring safety, reliability, and optimal asset performance. Working 12.5-hour rotating shifts, you'll analyze SCADA data, coordinate with field teams and external entities, and manage power plant operations across wind, solar, and battery storage.

Requirements

• Two years' operations or field technician experience preferred
• Technical knowledge of electrical systems and SCADA
• Ability to work rotating 12.5-hour shifts including nights, weekends, holidays
• High school diploma or GED
• Available for 24-hour on-call duty

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze real-time asset performance and alarms
• Manage power plant operations per interconnect and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with field operations on plant status and remote equipment actions
• Communicate with scheduling coordinators, transmission operators, and reliability entities
• Support project commissioning and test energy scheduling
