💼 About This Role

You'll build Bluelight's marketing team from scratch, covering organic social media, email marketing, and SEO across multiple channels. You'll own the social calendar, manage campaigns, and coordinate with a designer, writer, and media buyer. This role offers remote flexibility and growth opportunities in an expanding consultancy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute the organic social media calendar across all platforms
• Set up, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns and workflows
• Support on-page SEO: metadata, internal linking, keyword tracking
• Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from social platforms

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on digital marketing or growth role experience
• Proven experience managing organic social channels (content calendar, scheduling, community engagement)
• Solid understanding of email marketing: segmentation, automation flows, A/B testing
• Analytical mindset: comfortable reading dashboards and making data-informed decisions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and/or Looker Studio
• Working knowledge of HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Slack, Asana
