💼 About This Role

You'll join a team of seven engineers to architect and lead a central developer platform that simplifies application deployment across multiple AWS accounts. You'll own cross-cutting initiatives end-to-end, shaping technical direction and system design for hundreds of applications. This role combines full-stack software development with deep infrastructure work, offering direct impact on developer experience and platform scalability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and lead platform evolution and technical direction
• Own large, cross-cutting platform initiatives end-to-end
• Drive engineering excellence in resilience, scalability, and DX
• Mentor engineers and influence technical standards

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years building production systems with TypeScript and Node.js
• Deep experience with large-scale distributed systems on AWS
• Expert-level hands-on with AWS CDK
• Proven ability to make complex technical and architectural trade-offs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with React.js
• Experience using Elasticsearch for observability at scale
• Exposure to agentic or AI-assisted coding approaches
