Requirements

7+ years quota-carrying sales experience with track record of exceeding targets
Deep understanding of fintech, crypto, and Web3
Skilled in complex, consultative sales (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger)
Highly organized and data-driven with CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot)
Excellent communication and influence skills

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close
Master Mesh's solutions and advise prospects on complex challenges
Drive deals with urgency and maintain a high-quality pipeline
Forecast accurately using data and deal insights
Open doors in target accounts through strategic prospecting
