💼 About This Role

You'll serve as Hadrian's subject-matter expert on ITAR, export controls, sanctions, and cybersecurity compliance. You'll design and implement a scalable compliance framework to enable growth while ensuring regulatory adherence. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own ITAR, EAR, sanctions, and export compliance program
• Draft and enforce Technology Control Plans and policies
• Advise on export classification, licensing, and exemptions
• Partner with security, IT, and engineering on data access controls

📋 Requirements

• JD from accredited law school and active bar membership
• 7–10+ years specializing in export controls and ITAR
• Deep knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and sanctions regimes
• Experience building and owning an export compliance program
