You'll lead the design and build of an agent-native People Culture platform from the ground up, redefining HR infrastructure for a global scale with an AI-first mandate. You'll define the architecture where AI agents execute hiring, onboarding, and payroll workflows with minimal human intervention, while building the data foundation that powers predictive analytics and LLM-driven insights. You'll own the platform vision and build a lean, high-performing team that uses agentic development practices to scale without scaling headcount.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design the architecture for an agent-native HR platform
• Define human-in-the-loop models for decision oversight
• Build a jurisdiction-aware data layer for 40+ markets
• Apply agentic development practices to your team's engineering process

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building infrastructure platforms at scale
• Deep expertise in data architecture for global, multi-entity environments
• Track record of leading engineering teams through major technology shifts
• Strong product thinking with ability to define platform roadmaps
