You will be the first point of contact for prospects engaging with Harness through demo requests, trials, events, and webinars. Your role is to qualify inbound leads, convert them into sales-qualified meetings, and support Account Executives in building pipeline. Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from web forms, trials, events, content downloads
- Manage speed-to-lead SLAs and follow-up cadences in minutes and hours
- Convert inbound leads into sales-qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Use outreach tools including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Nooks
- Exceed daily, monthly, quarterly KPIs and pipeline metrics
