You'll join Eliot's ACCS team to provide person-centered interventions for adults with severe mental illness. You'll support skill development and rehabilitation in residential or community settings. This is an opportunity to work in a mission-driven environment with comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide interventions focusing on problem solving and modeling behavior.
• Assist with ongoing assessments of client symptoms and responses.
• Support clients in developing recovery and rehabilitation goals.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and daily activities.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Experience working with adults with mental illness
• Valid Massachusetts drivers license
