You will define and build the next generation of AI-powered recruiting experiences at SeekOut, collaborating across product, engineering, and design to create tools that improve how recruiters source, evaluate, and engage talent. This involves shaping AI-first recruiting products with real ownership and strategic impact.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Product Manager with a focus on AI or recruiting technology
• Strong customer research and product strategy skills
• Ability to prototype and communicate product direction using AI tools
• Proven ability to partner with engineering teams to ship products
• Experience launching products and iterating based on feedback

Responsibilities

• Immerse in recruiter workflows and pain points to understand customer needs deeply
• Translate customer insights into product vision, strategy, and requirements
• Rapidly prototype and communicate ideas using AI tools
• Partner with engineering to execute and iterate on high-quality products
• Collaborate with sales and customer success to launch and refine products post-launch
