• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process
• Build relationships with contractors and construction principals
• Educate customers on how EquipmentShare helps save time and money
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly

📋 Requirements

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability to changing products and services
